Trust and candidate safety
What you can expect from HCP One
Plain language, no legal wall. This is how we treat candidates and candidate information.
We never charge candidates
HCP One candidates are never charged a fee to be considered for a role, to be submitted to a client, to be coached for a specific opportunity, or to be placed.
Verifying that it is really us
Official HCP One communications come from confirmed HCP One channels. If you are unsure whether a message, caller or offer is genuinely from us, verify it first at contact@hcponeus.com.
Recruitment fraud warning
HCP One will not request payment, cryptocurrency, gift cards, banking credentials or passwords from a candidate at any stage. If someone asks for any of these in our name, do not respond, and please report it to contact@hcponeus.com.
Your information is confidential
Candidate information is treated as confidential and handled in line with our privacy notice. Resumes are not published, and we do not share your details with a client without your agreement.
How technology is used, and where it stops
Technology may assist our recruiters by comparing the experience in a resume with the requirements of a role, so relevant profiles surface sooner. A person reviews applications and makes progression decisions. An automated score is never the sole basis for rejecting a candidate.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your candidate information by writing to contact@hcponeus.com, subject to any obligations we are required to meet. If you need an accommodation during the process, or you would prefer a review pathway that does not involve automated assistance, tell us at the same address and we will arrange it.
Note: this page and the privacy policy require final legal review before production use.
