AI and Technology Solutions
Help getting an AI or technology initiative staffed, structured and delivered. That can mean hiring the leader who will own it, supplying the specialists who will build it, or standing up a managed team accountable for a defined outcome. HCP One does not sell a proprietary AI product, platform, talent graph or scoring engine. What we provide is people, teams and delivery structure.
Who it is for
- Executives whose AI pilots have not turned into anything that runs
- CIOs and CTOs modernizing platforms while also being asked to adopt AI
- Data and engineering leaders who need scarce skills quickly
What you receive
- A prioritized view of candidate use cases with an honest read on effort
- The leadership appointment or specialist team the initiative depends on
- A scoped build delivered as a statement of work or managed pod
- A hiring and capability plan for sustained ownership

Fit
When this approach makes sense
Best fit
- There is a specific process or decision you want to improve
- You need people and delivery capability, not another software licence
- Technology work and hiring need to be planned together
Consider another route when
- You are looking to buy a packaged AI product or platform
- You want a research lab rather than applied delivery
- There is no identified business process, only a mandate to do something with AI

Team structure
The named team, or the search plan for the leadership the initiative needs.
Evaluation approach

Engagement models
Advisory engagement
A scoped piece of thinking with a written deliverable.
Statement of work
A defined scope with agreed milestones, acceptance criteria and reporting.
Managed delivery pod
A led, cross-functional team that works as an extension of your organization.
Contract staffing
Specialist professionals engaged for a defined period through HCP One.
Retained search
An exclusive, staged assignment for an appointment that has to be right.
Quality controls
Business process first
Work is scoped around a process and an owner, not around a technology because it is available.
Human review by design
Review points and escalation paths are designed into the workflow, not bolted on.
Evaluation before scale
Agreed criteria are tested before a pilot is extended across a function.
No proprietary claims
We do not represent an internal platform, talent graph or scoring engine as a product.
Talent and delivery planned together
The hiring plan for sustained ownership is designed while the build is happening.
What to bring to a first conversation
- A specific business process or decision you want to improve
- Access to the process owner and to technology and data stakeholders
- Clarity on architecture, security and vendor constraints
- A view on who will own the capability afterwards
Most engagements begin with a readiness and use-case conversation. Delivery timing depends on the scope agreed and the access required.
Common questions
Does HCP One have its own AI platform or product?
No. HCP One provides leadership, specialist talent, managed delivery teams and capability centers. We do not sell proprietary AI software, a live talent graph, an automated scoring engine or a client delivery console. Anything of that kind shown on this site would be labelled clearly as a sample concept.
Can you help us decide what to do with AI at all?
Yes, through a short advisory engagement that assesses readiness and produces a prioritized set of candidate use cases. It is scoped separately from any delivery work.
Who owns the models, code and data?
Ownership of work product and intellectual property is set out in the applicable agreement. Our standard expectation is that client work product and client data belong to the client.
